Decode NetBIOS Name

NetBIOS names as seen across the client interface to NetBIOS are exactly 16 bytes long. Within the NetBIOS-over-TCP protocols, a longer representation is used. Decode NetBIOS Name lives in the Networking category of the fx menu.
