Median

Computes the median of a number list. If an item in the string is not a number it is excluded from the list. For example, 0x0a 8 1 .5 becomes 4.5. Median lives in the Arithmetic category of the fx menu.

Parameters

Input is the primary value (previous step output or a literal).

Example

Run Median

Computes the median of a number list. Adjust optional parameters when the defaults do not match your payload.

1. Set Input to the value to transform. Paste:

   Input

   0x0a 8 1 .5

2. Review Delimiter and keep defaults unless your format requires otherwise.

3. Confirm Output value matches the expected result (for example 4.5).
