Data format

Functions in the Data format category of the Studio fx menu encode, decode, and convert text and structured data.

Start with JSON query tools when you need to select or reshape payloads:

• JSON Path — select values from JSON with a JSONPath expression.
• JSONata — query and transform JSON (filter, aggregate, reshape).

Common encoding and decoding:

• To Base64 / From Base64 — Base64 with alphabet presets.
• URL Encode / URL Decode — percent-encoding for URIs.
• To Hex / From Hex — hexadecimal byte strings.
• Encode text / Decode text — character encodings.
