Reach: Mindflow internal service “Platform Logs” is not working.
Impact: High – blocking
Description
Section titled “Description”Existing flows using the internal Mindflow connector “List audit logs” stopped working.

Note: the API used to export logs (described exporting logs) was not impacted. Only the internal connector using this API was.
Causes
Section titled “Causes”We are currently enhancing our Mindflow API and refactoring our internal connectors. During this process, the internal connectors are being fully rewritten. Unfortunately, a miscommunication led the development team to believe that this internal connector was not used in production. Therefore, it was updated without considering the breaking changes it could cause.
Resolution
Section titled “Resolution”Once identified, the broken connector was redeployed using the previous working version. In the process, we strengthened the delivery process for internal services.
