Incident Report 06/10/2025

Start: Dragondinde/3.6.21 (Oct 06, 2025, 10:25 AM UTC+2:00)

End: Ent/3.7.0 Oct 06, 2025, 10:45 AM UTC+2:00 (changes were reverted)

Reach: Users working in the studio may have experienced loss of recent changes during this time period.

Impact: High – blocking

During the deployment of the new release Ent/3.7.0, if a user was working on a flow in the studio, they may have experienced loss of their most recent changes after the deployment process completed.

During new version deployment, all databases undergo a migration process that captures and processes a data snapshot. In this brief period, updated data is handled by a separate “stream” process, which was malfunctioning. Consequently, any user flows updated during the deployment became corrupted in the new version.

The “stream” migration process has been fixed. Items corrupted during the release process were successfully restored from pre-release databases and redeployed, ensuring proper visibility in the new version.

The Mindflow engineering team is implementing enhanced sanity checks for these complex migrations along with improved monitoring systems to prevent similar issues in the future. We apologize for any inconvenience this incident may have caused and thank you for your patience as we work to improve our platform’s stability.
