## Description

On November 18, 2025, Cloudflare experienced a major global outage due to an internal configuration error. A corrupted configuration file, generated by one of their systems, propagated across their entire network. This caused HTTP 5xx errors and made several Cloudflare services unavailable (CDN, authentication, Workers KV, Turnstile, etc.).

The incident began at 11:20 AM UTC. Cloudflare fully restored its services at 5:06 PM UTC.

The Cloudflare tunnel architecture operates exclusively on **outbound flows.** However, the service unavailability may have disrupted flow execution in Mindflow:

- a **temporary increase in timeouts** on certain outbound calls,
- some **failed executions**, mainly during requests to resources hosted behind Cloudflare.

No persistent impact, no data loss, and no lasting malfunction were identified in Mindflow after Cloudflare services were fully restored

## Resolution

## Follow-up

To stay informed of any service disruptions, we strongly recommend enabling email alerts for flow execution failures. This will ensure you receive immediate notifications if any of your workflows encounter issues, allowing you to respond promptly and minimize impact on your operations.
