# Extract dates

Extracts dates in the following formats`yyyy-mm-dd``dd/mm/yyyy``mm/dd/yyyy`Dividers can be any of /, -, . or space. Extract dates lives in the **Extractors** category of the `fx` menu.

## Parameters

| Parameter     | Type    | Required | Default | Description                                            |

| Display total | boolean | no       | `false` | Disabled by default.                                   |

`Input` is the primary value (previous step output or a literal).
